01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji999 platform and all services provided under it. When you access this website, open an account, or use any service, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms.

baji999 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform includes cricket, football, and other sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various other entertainment gaming services.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Each individual may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, baji999 reserves the right to close them and freeze the associated balances.

03 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks) can be used to deposit at baji999. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal limit for funds from the balance is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.3 Verification Requirements

Identity and account verification may be required before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until this process is completed. This step is taken to ensure secure transactions.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies are not accepted.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Claiming this bonus applies a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; the wagering required in this case is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

baji999 regularly offers various promotional deals, including weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, cricket bonuses, and more. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. Bonus funds cannot be treated as direct cash — it is not possible to withdraw earnings from a bonus before the specified wagering requirements are met. If any irregularity is detected, baji999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

baji999 reserves the right to accept or cancel any bet. Bets placed due to technical errors, system failures, or incorrect odds being displayed may be cancelled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned.

5.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for different events and markets. The determination of these limits is entirely at the platform's discretion and may be changed without prior notice.

5.3 Match Circumstance Changes

If a match is postponed, the venue changes, or it concludes outside the scheduled time, the settlement of that bet will be carried out in accordance with internationally recognized rules.

5.4 Match Fixing and Irregular Activity

Any bet associated with match fixing or manipulation will be considered void and the relevant account will be permanently closed. baji999 takes all necessary measures to prevent illegal money laundering through financial activity on the platform.

06 VIP Membership Program

The baji999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total losses minus the total winnings for that week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. VIP tier upgrades are based on active participation and consistent betting activity.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. VIP status may be suspended or cancelled in the event of any rule violation.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and if carried out, the account will be permanently closed:

• Placing bets through bots or automated software
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means or misusing bonuses
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members
• Placing bets on fixed events or assisting in such activity

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

baji999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice — particularly if there is suspicion of a rule violation, fraud, or a security concern.

8.2 User Request to Close Account

8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

Balances from accounts closed due to rule violations may not be returned. However, valid balances from accounts closed at the user's own request will be returned subject to review.

The baji999 Android (APK) and iOS mobile apps are available through official channels. These terms and conditions apply equally when using the app.

Temporary unavailability may occur during platform maintenance or upgrades. baji999 will not be liable for financial losses resulting from such disruptions, but a fair settlement of affected bets will be attempted.

10 Privacy and Data Retention
